The Erie Center on Health & Aging is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1972 in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Our multi-specialty organization is a model for integrating compre-hensive primary medical care, community preventive health care and senior center services, em-phasizing prevention and com-munity-based
services specifically designed for older adults. We manage Erie's downtown
senior center with the geriatric medical practice at our convenient central
location.
We administer the chronic disease control program for the Erie County Department of Health, and coordinate all of the health-related services in the Area Agency on Aging's senior center network.
