We understand that finding information and assistance for of a loved one can become overwhelming. In fact, you may just want someone to talk to, to find where to turn for help. So, the Erie Center on Health & Aging, along with Erie HOTLINE, is providing two places for you to call.

The Family Care HELP LINE is a free telephone information and assistance service, sponsored by the Erie Center on Health & Aging. The Family Caring HELP LINE was developed to address the increasing concerns of caregivers. The Family Caring HELP LINE not only provides informational assistance but also referrals and supportive listening, to assist you and your loved one. The Family Caring HELP LINE is available weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Erie HOTLINE is collaborating with Erie Center on Health & Aging's HELP LINE, to also help caregivers find information and assistance. Erie HOTLINE is also available 24 hours a day, as a comprehensive source for information and referral, not only health and aging services.

The Family Caring HELP LINE and Erie HOTLINE have trained staff and volunteers who will listen to your concerns, while directing you to the best available services in the Erie area.
